re: Words/phrases you've caught yourself using incorrectly for long periods of time?

There seem to be two categories.

Folks who hear words incorrectly and "repeat" accordingly: e.g., supposively

And the folks who read words that are not used in their social circles, and they guess wrong on pronunciation: e.g., epitome pronounced ep eh tome.
