We are providing healthcare for all citizens?
While I do not know what form of healthcare system you advocate for, I do know a great deal of people who advocate for universal care and coverage - which is the stance that the OP is mocking. That is fundamentally different than providing care and coverage for federal employees like military members.

I would like to fix Obamacare and maintain Medicare and Medicaid.
And you give the op a lot of credit

You should take this idea to twitter. Fun trolling. #IfLiberalsReallyCare

How do we keep these programs and remain fiscally solvent? Non-discretionary spending in form of SS, Medicare, and Medicaid already take up an enormous portion of our budget and continue to grow at an alarming pace.

I'm not mocking their stance on Universal health care.
I'm mocking them for their blatant virtue signaling without any grand action. All talk and no walk.
The liberals made me understand my own virtue signaling. They pointed out that I didn't really care about abortion because I didn't beat up abortion doctors. They are right. If it was really important to me I would do more, sacrifice more. I don't.
The same applies with the cries about health care. If this is really important to them, they will do something other than whine and cry for more theft from the public.
They know it deep down. You'll see all kinds of deflection. But, the truth is, people like BamaSJW and others here don't really give a shite. That is clear.

Ummm...Well you posted this when demographics had not been mentioned anywhere else in the thread...

Why is that? Do you want to do a demographic analysis of it for us?
So ummm....

1. You are clearly upset that you can't afford these things.
He brings up a good point.
All I ever hear is that "I wouldn't mind paying extra taxes if it helps others". Then why not just donate that money NOW? Why do you need the government to tell you to do it before you do it?
I feel the OP's underlying issue, is that most on the left cry about unfairness and wanting to help, but only if it's other people's money.
Seems to me, if people are so bleeding heart and caring like they say they are, then perhaps they should take more action other than bitching at everyone else.

What's demographics? Is it race? There may be more involved. I mean not for you. It's about all you can think about (as evidenced plainly here).

So the logic is that I don't care about something unless I devote every last dime and every second of my time to it?
What kind of stupid shite is that?

And yet you live proudly in Louisiana. My lord man. Go read a book or something.

I think you place too much hope in a functioning democracy and republic. They have no incentive to act in such a way. Assuming you are close to my age, you better bet that neither one of us will see a dime of our SS contributions and we shall certainly never have Medicare.

You don't have to worry. Mexico is paying.
It's not surprising you think this - you've proven yourself unable to comprehend simple financial disclosures of the Clinton Foundation. You're prime Trump territory!

And it was used to build a wall...well that is kind of one of the actual jobs of the federal government.
Building a border wall isn't a requirement of the federal government in the US Constitution. It certainly is allowed, but not required. Similarly, ensuring mass health insurance coverage is not something the Constitution orders, but it certainly allows for programs like the ACA. Stating that building a wall is "one of the actual jobs of the federal government" but requiring health insurance is not is simply your opinion and has no basis in the Constitution.
You're real shitty at making arguments.

Sometimes one must sacrifice for their strongly held beliefs. Be the change you wish to see, man.

About this dumbass thread? I thought I was hiding it so well.

No. The logic is that if you don't personally sacrifice for a cause, you're not really invested in the cause. And the degree to which you sacrifice indicates exactly how much you care about the cause. It's pretty hard to argue against rationally.
