If he could keep his quickness at 260....w/ the added strength....kid would be even a bigger beast than before. scary thought.

He needs to make a choice about whether he wants to be a OLB or DE in the NFL. Chances are he's an OLB even at 260.

He has the frame. If he puts on lean muscle then 260 is a good weight. By the end of the year these guys usually lose 10-15 lbs.

IMHO his ideal playing weight is 245-250. His best weapon is his speed.

He would prbly be the number one overall pick next year he weighed 260 and kept his speed.

If key has the season he has this year, does he have a chance at being the #1 pick next year?

He probably sees Myles Garrett at 270 and how he's a potential number 1 pick and knows he can be that next year but the knock would be his weight. That boy want that number 1 like Myles. I don't blame him, he can do it if Myles can.

Isn't that what Sam Montgomery did?

He claimed that it didn't affect his speed or quickness.

Easy to gain weight in south Louisiana, not necessarily good weight though.

He is so tall that one of his biggest enemies will be getting top heavy and loosing agility/quickness on cuts. I hope he likes working out his lower body. Gaining leg/hip muscle is always important but for him it will be "Key" if he is to have a decently low center of gravity.

pun intended.
