Because 1/2 of your money goes to some government baby factory. So you guys really think making 250k a year makes you a millionaire? Even after taxes and expenses it's pretty hard to save 50k cash a year for 15 to 20 years. That's just upper middle class.

Even after taxes and every which deduction you can still get a hell of a lot of blow when you are bringing in 250k a year. Add the occasional hooker(s) for him and the wife and you arent helping your retirement fund.
