Yeah the CIA has no business being in charge of shite. I don't trust those cutthroat careerists to collect the instructions for cooking ramen noodles.

I want DOD to take over all intelligence and form a national S-2. The CIA and is out of control. We need to put their arse in the rehab room for 50 years or so.
