Yeah I don't know why Fleck would seemingly take a hard pass on Purdue but jump at Minnesota. He could land somewhere bigger with a another really good year next year

I'm surprised so many people on here think Fleck should wait for something better. It's not like Minnesota is a bad job now. They just won 9 games, play in a weaker division and have their new stadium to fill. He could be successful there right away and then move on if he wants.

Meanwhile, WMU will be breaking in a new QB, Corey Davis will be gone and they have road trips at USC and Michigan State. And running the table again in the MAC isn't easy; not even NIU could repeat after an Orange Bowl appearance and a Heisman finalist at QB.

Will Fleck still have the same luster if he goes 8-4 at WMU next season and other hot names emerge that aren't on the radar yet?
