With Divinity, White, and Alexander is Corey projected, at this point, as the 4th starter? I didn't hear much about his health or progress after it was deternined he would return in 2017.

Arden Key would be the 4th starter.

He will start at the OLB opposite Key...

May surpass or at least work in with Divinity and/or Alexander is my thought.
Let's see how he does in Spring and Fall camp

He was declared as starter before his injury...

I think White and Divinity will be the ILB's. Alexander just isn't an inside backer, IMO. I think he and Thompson will be the leaders to play opposite Key.

Corey Thompson is one of,if not the best tacklers on the team...tough as nails!

Man, I hope so.
I met Corey along with four other players at the 2013 spring game, and liked him the best, though all of them were friendly.
But I also hope so, as I believe that if fully recovered, Corey has the combination of intelligence and athletic ability to be a very good linebacker. He can tackle well and should be solid on pass coverage from the LB spot.

What about highly recruited Rahsaan Thornton out of Texas?

Defenses have to be so versatile now.
You play so many different styles.
You better have a MLB that can stop the run against Bama.
Against another team you probably need a lighter faster player to defend spread.

Going into spring it may look like:
Buck - Key/Washington/Anthony/Martin
Mack - White/Voorhies/Garnett
Rover - Alexander/Divinity/Patterson
FOLB - Thompson/Thornton
Cant remember if Queen is an early enrollee or not, if he is, then put him at FOLB. Washington I think tore his ACL in early August so he's probably held out of Spring even though he was running #2 to Key going into this fall, that's why I have him there.

He was healthy enough to play at end of this year, they just held him out because they wanted him back for 2017. Basically would have "Wasted" playing him for a few games at the end of the year this year.

We played with 2 LBs 90% of the time so I doubt it even matters

I think Isiah is a forgotten man. He was getting good reviews last year and would have gotten significant PT this year if not for the injury. Hopefully he recovers because he's going to be a good football player at LSU if healthy.

Very much this. I think he gets held out of spring due to the ACL injury but he could be a better version of Tashawn Bower. Was getting a lot of pub last year in fall.
