I've never heard of one of these things.
Does anyone have any experience with one?
I'm intrigued

What would you like to know?

Sous vide whatever you throw in it

I'm curious , as well , since I just ordered one.
How's the fried fish capabilities ? I typically batter with corn flour only. Does this method approach the crispyness and crunch of traditional frying?
What are some of your recommendations ?

Haven't done fish yet, but fried chicken is really good with Crispy skin, moist meat and no grease. I have a friend that did fish and raves about. We did some homemade cheese sticks last night that were good as well.

Bought my wife a GoWiseUSA 4th Generation GW22631 for Christmas from Amazon. It works great and she loves it. You have to use it a couple of times to get used to tempature and time. It is a little tricky getting tray back into it to get it to come back on. You just have to play with it to figure it out. I did a lot if reseach on these fryers and Go Wise was the highest rated under the pricey Phillips. I think my Go Wise was 129.00 as opposed to 300.00 for Phillips. Both are digital force air induction cookers.

I almost got one but the more I researched it, it seems like they're just a smaller convection oven and I already have a convection oven.
If I'm incorrect there, please tell me because I was intrigued but I don't think I'm far off with my understanding.
One pro I will say is that most of the parts of one of those air fryers are dishwasher safe.
I can't say the same for my convection oven.

Yes, it is basically a convection oven. You are also correct that the basket and basket holder are dishwasher safe.

how is the chicken crispy if their is no oil? does it have batter on it? is it healthy?

It is very crispy. I use egg and a light flour coating. Healthy? Healthier but not sure if it is healthy. My wife looked up some numbers and she approved.

Do some pork chops and homemade fried cheese.

Definitely will try! This is a cool machine . I was skeptical , but hopeful and having now done chicken and french fries , I am convinced this was a good purchase.
