II was thinking he should have been Lex's son, who took over for a Lex that passed away before Superman came around, but was a thorn in Batman's side (both in business and crime)
I didn't like the location of Gotham relative to Metropolis at all. Philly to NY would have been a better distance if you are making it close.
Lex was ruined in that movie. I also think that the Joker should have been a little older than Leto if we are going with an old Batman.

The script being terrible doesn't mean Hayden also isn't to blame for the delivery of the horrible writing.
Both were equally terrible.
He was good in Shattered Glass but that role played into his acting style similar to Cage sometime picks the right movie.
Eisenberg was just as terrible in BVS. Once again the writing didn't help. I still don't understand the creepy jolly rancher scene.

I was hoping he was Lex's son and the middle reveal surprise of the movie was the real lex coming home, bitch slapping Eisenberg, and then taking control of the company back.
