The reality of his records at USC and LSU is that over the course of the season he is not much better than the one he replaced. I think Les if he had stayed would have had a similar record as O... maybe 3 losses instead of 2 and same at USC.
So did he really "improve" the clubs or did he just do what studies have proven, he provided a jolt but it eventually faded?
Hell I think Dabo is the most successful interim coach after replacing Bowden but that is few and far between. Could O become that? Maybe but studies show he is more than likely not to be....

If he is then everyone will enjoy eating crow because it means LSU is challenging for a NC.
