Updates:

Phidarian Mathis crashes down on the RB in the backfield and causes and recovers a fumble.

K'Lavon Chaisson just picked up another fumble recovery. He is having a terrific day.

Markaviest Bryant (Possible LSU commit) with a sack of LSU Myles Brennan.

Joshua Kaindoh and Tyree Johnson are running as the first team DEs. LaBryan Ray and Phidarian Mathis are at DT

From Chad Simmons:
K'Lavon Chaisson is having a great day. Batted a pass down. Recovered a fumble and he has been a force off the edge.

Brennan showing some of that underrated footwork in stepping up to avoid rush and get to the corner. Looks pretty fluid all around

K'Lavon Chaisson jumps on a fumble on zone read. Looks like ideal fit for OLB

Bama LB commit Christopher Allen is walking off the field holding his elbow

From John Garcia: Alabama commitment Dylan Moses on both sides of the spectrum, he forces a fumble on the first play of team and then gets beat in pass protection two plays later.

From Chad Simmons:
Penn State commit CJ Thorpe just controlled 5 star Marvin Wilson two reps in a row. He's been the top interior OL in the 1on1s for Team Armour.

Myles Brennan with a nice deep ball to Amari Rodgers, who can't quite hold onto it as he falls to the ground in the end zone. Kary Vincent on the coverage.

Big fella Marvin Wilson with some really good quickness in splitting double teams

From Chad Simmons:
Phidarian Mathis won 2 out of 3 reps over Xavier Newman.

Todd Harris and Grant Delpit look real comfortable hanging with one another in between drills. JaCoby Stevens over there with them now and the trio definitely looks familiar with each other and clowning around

From Chad Simmons:
LSU commit Edward Ingram looks great in OL/DL 1on1. He just tossed DL Aaron Sterling to the ground. Sterling won the next rep.

Robert Hainsey stonewalled Phidarian Mathis

DT Tyler Shelvin too strong on a bull rush vs C Xavier Newman

Sonny on brennan: LSU commit Myles Brennan best of the bunch so far on his team, Team Armour, and really not even close. Accuracy/ball placement the two things that jump out at you, arm strength good enough but not great.

LSU needs Austin Deculus to be a left tackle and that is where he is playing so far today. He looks a lot more agile and with quicker feet than you would think just from looking at him.

LB Christopher Allen is flying to the ball in inside run drills. He's making plays inside and outside

Myles Brennan with a nice throw to hook up with Jerry Jeudy on a deep slant in front of Marcus Williamson.

Myles Brennan has made some nice throws here in the early going.

The big guys are really struggling with the heat today....It's hot for December but not anything crazy.
Isaiah Wilson was hunched over earlier and now Phidarian Mathis and Tyler Shelvin are sruggling.

Christopher Allen is built perfectly to play on the edge. Long, muscular frame.

TAMU WR commit Jhamon Ausbon most impressive looking WR here on the hoof. Looks like he's spent a few years on a college S&C program already.

LSU commit Myles Brennan got a lot of the early work at QB for Team Armour. Avery Davis now taking some snaps.

Markaviest Bryant and K'Lavon Chaisson are both explosive off edge and tall rangy OLB types but body-wise Chaisson has a slight edge despite being listed about 10 pounds lighter in some places.

Marvin Wilson blows past Grant Polley to drop a running back in the backfield.

5-star safety JaCoby Stevens playing WR today instead of safety, which he will play at LSU when he reports in January.

Many thanks for all these great updates and photos.

But I did have one question. Is Jacoby Stevens going to play safety and not receiver in the actual All Star game? I would hope so.

That was a beastly play by Harris. If QB floats the ball, it's a TD

10. QB Myles Brennan LSU commit Myles Brennan consistently made accurate throws on intermediate and deep routes. The Bay Saint Louis (Miss.) St. Stanislaus product made good decisions during seven-on-seven play as well as the scrimmage portion of practice. On a day that saw many of the quarterbacks struggle, Brennan was clearly the most effective throughout Day One.

Above is from 247. Brennan was one of the top performers today.

Not sure if it's been posted - I didn't read this whole thread so I apologize - but here is an interview with Kary Vincent.. dude loves him some LSU.. he also touched on his 'recruitment' of Marvin Wilson and Chaisson
