Flight gets in at 11am and planning on staying downtown since we are getting on a cruise ship the next day. Anyone have any tips on things to do? Thinking about a bike tour currently if the weather is nice?

Your can prepare your camera and ideas for the kick arse review you'll be coming back to post.

Great city to visit. We took two Alaskan cruises from there. One time we went several days early and divided our time between Vancouver and Victoria. Victoria is a ferry ride away but with just 1 day, save that for another time. One day in Vancouver we walked the oceanfront trail of Stanley Park. Great way to spend a few hours when the weather is nice. You can also get bikes there. One day we walked to the Yaletown area and caught the ferry to Grandville Island where they have a big indoor/outdoor market.

Born and raised in Vancouver. One day - i would do the sea walk around Stanley park (4 mile walk, bike ride or whatever). If you have a car consider capilano canyon (or the local comparative of Lynn Canyon). Really need a car though. Although I prefer off the beaten path of Lynn (and grew up beside it), with capilano you can tack on gondola to top of grouse if clear for an out of this world view.
Restaurants downtown - I like joe Forte. If you want casual - Earls is great (and has the hottest servers and greatest they can fine - but is family friendly)
If you have any questions let me know.

+1 to Stanley Park. If you only have a short time, this is a must.

Had dinner at Vij's on the recc of this board. Highly recommend.
Also, if you can add a day or two, I strongly recc Victoria. It is very unique and well worth the trip.

Thanks everyone. Ok so we are staying at the Moda Hotel downtown which seemed to be conveniently located to the cruise ship terminal. Based on the suggestions it looks like we'll spend some time in Stanley Park and I've good things about Granville Island Market as well. Is it worth it? Any continued restaurant suggestions will be appreciated.
