Rumors is he could be close to taking the Florida DC job. Sorry no link, but its on a Florida board.

Geez if I were an up and coming coach, there's no way I would take a job working under McElwain. Just my personal preference really. If that were my only option I'd have to make sure there was a clause in there stating that I am free to punch him in the face daily.
