Besh still does it with some regularity I believe.
I read an article recently where Emeril said he's enjoying not having as much business and tv show stuff to do and has been in his restaurants more often

So do they ever do something like a cooking tour of their restaurants?
If it's just a brand name, why would I care if Besh or Lagasse open it as compared to a well trained chef?
What about a guy like Tory McPhail? Not a celebrity, but does he cook at Commander's or is he more administrative?

He was on the kitchen on Friday and had a fresh stain on his apron when he came out so must have been doing something
