Same here. I just turned 8 and that was the first year I really started to watch the games and know the players. Hodson to Davis....Eric Hill and Ron Sancho...great memories. What a team that was.

This was the 1st year I watched every game on tv. '88 is when Imstarted reading the paper every morning, buying preseason mags, etc...just absorbing as much as was available. I think this was the season I started listening to games on the radio that weren't televised.

Around 84-85, end of the Hilliard/James gang. Lost track once I hit late teens, early twenties. Got back on board around 98ish... Early pre-season favorite that year.

1987...listened to Jim every Saturday due to not having a TV. Been through lots of lows and highs,but wouldn't trade being a LSU fan for anything.

Dinardo's last yr, every thing prior to that was just a social event to drunk to remember or care, lol
