57 or 58. I was eleven years old. It was WWL every Saturday night. Never got to see an LSU game on TV unless they made a bowl game.

I'd say 98 when i went to the Florida game. I was young but i got hooked fast. Got real deep about 2000. Then i got to spend my dad's last game with him in a packed Dome for the Sugar Bowl against Illinois. Followed by snow on the way home. It didn't take anymore after that. Powerful day of my life.

Technically yea.....I'll be 56 in October....however, my wife is much younger than me and I've got a 12 and 6-year-old who keep me young. I prolly look barely forty and act even younger....at least thats what my wife says when she teases me about acting my age instead of like a prepubescent boy.
I still play soccer and softball year-round and golf every chance I get...so it keeps me pretty fit for a geezer.

Born into it from a long time Tiger family, so technically since 1970. Started actually remembering the games in late 70's and last years of Cholly Mac. A J Duhe, James Britt, Carlos Carson, Charles Alexander etc. Even mildly remember Ensminger and more so Woodley. Got into Tiger football very much in 80's. Saw some pretty good LSU teams, especially Defense and LBs during HS years. Unfortunately witnessed first hand as a student the demise of the program during the Archer and early Hallman years.

1967- I was only 10, but starting that season I would listen to every game on the radio, TV or in person.

I don't remember the year but it had to be in the late 70's to early 80's because I remember listening to John Ferguson on the radio. He is still my favorite voice of the tigers.

Fall of 1983. My first time in TS.

Jeff Wickersham hit Eric Martin on a slant on our first play and #41 took it 80 yds and scored in the end zone we were sitting in.

Never been the same.

1964...when Joe Labruzzo was tackled by Stan Hindman and Ole Miss tackle on the goal line and the Tigers did not score!
I don't remember if Labruzzo being tackled or not scoring did it but my dads meltdown was monumental!!

My dad took me to a game in the mid 70s and I was hooked.

I remember playing basketball in the playground of Abita Springs dreaming of paying for Dale Brown and the Tigers. To bad I had a point guard body and a power forward game

The game sealing interception in the 1997 game versus #1 Florida. I was 11 watching the game at a soccer team cookout!

First game I remember being all into was when we beat some shite school like Western Carolina like 58-0 and I thought that meant we had one of the best teams ever. That was like 98-99ish.

6 years old. 1982

My parents took me and my next door neighbor to our first games at 8 yo in 1984: LSU vs Ole Miss

Great game. LSU won on a pick 6.

Been hooked ever since.

Rabid fan all through the 90s (high school) and really rabid fan up until about the 2005 time frame. Now I just enjoy it for what it is: entertainment.

November 1972 listening to the voice of John Ferguson on my radio in Gálvez, LA. Let's just say Ole Miss fans were scarred for life when Davis caught that pass from Jones. That's when I really became a fan.
