Ehhhhhh. I haven't been very impressed.
My wife has a CPO RX350. I took it in because the driver's door panel now has a rattle. I thought they'd see that it was under warranty and just fix it. Not so fast. They charge you a diagnostic fee to determine if the problem is covered by warranty, *if* it is then they wave that fee. If it's not you're on the hook. I also learned that Lexus' CPO warranties are a 3rd party, not actually Lexus.
