all that means is that bama offered him a scholi that he could have committed to AT THAT TIME. But he didn't commit and bama moved on. Doubtfull that the offer was still in effect or "commitable". But he must have some talent if he was offered a scholli by bama even if it wasn't an open ended offer. The difference is that a player like Dylan Moses gets an open ended offer that even if he doesn't take it on the spot the offer still stands months later no matter what he does.
