I'll be there! It's my son's first LSU game (Wish it were a home game) But hopefully I can make up of 18 years of bad parenting by never bringing him to a LSU game.

Attendance will be an interesting referendum on the selection of Da Coach O as HC....

Not really. We could barely get a majority of fans in the stands for a national title game in New Orleans. The idea of LSU fans traveling and taking over is as dead as Tiger Stadium in the second half of 75% of our home games.

The last time LSU fans outnumbered opposing fans at a bowl game (not season opener at a neutral site) was the 2007 Sugar Bowl against Notre Dame. It was pretty much a 50/50 split at the 2003 and 2008 BCSCG and, despite what many Tiger fans say, the Gumps outnumbered us in the 2012 BCS title game.

Dude it's frickin lsu football. Hell yeah there will be a shite ton of lsu fans there. Do you even follow lsu football? We are on.of the best traveling teas in college football without a doubt.
dude- didn't you notice that we were outnumbered by the Iowa and Penn state fans in '05 and '09? I hope we get a good crowd but will not be shocked if it's not that big. It was embarrassing that we didn't pull more fans than we did in those two games considering how much closer BR is than Iowa and Pennsylvania. I have no ideas how well Louisville fans travel. My guess is not as much as all those big ten teams do.

We have a group of 5 going. Some in plaza seats and some in the end zone. I am very much looking forward to the trip and the game.

Best numbers of Tiger fans at away venues are when we open the season at places like Lambeau, Arlington, Houston, and ATL. Its been several seasons since we sold out when we travel to places like Oxfart,
Starkpatch, Auburn, and Florida. Our non-NC bowl games have generally been poorly attended...see Citrus vs Penn State, Tampa vs Iowa, Peach vs Clemson, and NDame in Nashville. We had a good crowd in Houston last year.

I am going to Orlando as I go to whichever bowl LSU plays in. But I expect even fewer LSU fans to be there than were there in 2009 versus Penn State. Maybe 6K-7K. In fact, I expect that the stands on Dec 31 in Orlando will be 50% empty. Most Louisville fans will be watching their MBB team play Indiana in Indianapolis that same day!

So I got mine through my season tickets through LSU. They ended up costing $145 per and I got section P10 (second level). I'm honestly disappointed I didn't get field level and it seems like I definitely should have got them from StubHub or something
