It may be very entertaining. If you can't coach there is always TV...

His coaching hurdles and problems at LSU are proving to be undesirable

ESPN is a joke & so is Les. Seems like the perfect fit.

in les whole tenure, I cannot recall les actually talking football, i.e., offering any real analysis of football philosophy or plays.
what kind of role would he play? he might make a good sidekick. he could take courso's place when he retires.

I can assure you Les would be entertaining on ESPN.
Thank you very much and have a great day.

I feel like Les would be horrible on TV simply because there is a scheduled a,mount of time for each segment or topic. He searches for his words too much and would easily go off topic and talk about God knows what.
Perhaps how much he loves Michigan, how grass tastes in different parts of the SEC, and of course, how to be a stubborn arse and not change offensive schemes.

They must have enormous amounts of dead air to fill. Cause he will take forever to finish sentences.

I can't imagine him adding anything of substance. The inability to construct and communicate a proper sentence will wear quickly.

The fact you guys think he talks like that in real life tells me y'all are just a bunch of haters that don't actually know the man.

If ESPN doesn't work out, there's alway Wal Mart greeter.

Then do one or the other.

Then he is not only a buffoon, but an a-hole as well. To show that kind of disrespect in every interview situation toward those that he will now call colleagues is the special kind of douche bag behavior.

Sad but probably true. And so many programs will hire head coaches that can't come close to the success Miles can have with their program because Les had to coach against Nick Saban in the SEC West.

I always got the impression Les talked the way he did because he was searching for / choosing his words very carefully.
I've seen footage of him on the field: no stutters, hesitations or pauses in that environment.
