Ouch. Had a feeling there was some clause you couldn't change. Hard to cut hours when employees have that much PTO. Tough situation.

Then you have to go with Option A. If you term 2 employees, you will have to pay this out.

Then I'd definitely cut some and rehire w/o those clauses
