I don't want Payton fired because I can't imagine who Benson would hire who would be a better coach, but the Superbowl honeymoon is over.

Jim Henderson said he got a call from a Saints official and was told the head coaching job was down to two coaches and they would likely go with Dikta. He felt a little discouraged until he heard the other candidate was Lou Holtz.
