So you're saying women are treated better in sharia countries than America? That's really what I'm referring to. I'm not talking about nationality, I'm talking about Islam. Women have no rights in Islam. In some countries, for a woman to claim rape, it has to be witnessed by 3+ males to even be accounted for.

1) Never get your facts from Wiki. It changes from hour to hour
2) Rape is not reported as much as in the ME, because of womens 2nd class status
3) In the US a rape is reported if you don't call by a certain time the next morning

Well duh considering that we have near 340 million people here in this country .
I would expect the stats to reflect that.
Doesn't mean the mideast is some shining beacon of western civilization that cherishes women and gives them full autonomy and control over their self determination.
