Hypothetically speaking: do you wait to see what color someone is if they open your car door after a traffic incident before you decide if they mean harm?

A couple of dummy posters openly said this was a hate crime in another thread yesterday.

No one knows the facts.

All we know is that McKnight was out of his car and was shot dead by this guy. And we have a single witness statement.

I can tell you as a former prosecutor eyewitness testimony is some of the most unreliable evidence possible. Why? Because people sometimes honestly get things wrong. They also lie sometimes.

We will have to wait until we know more. Until then, people are just spouting out of their asses.
