They are extremely selective about who they let franchise one. It doesn't matter if you have all the money in the world to open one, they only allow the best of the best. This attitude trickles down to the lowest employee. I was just there today, it amazes me how quick and efficient they are. Every one I see is packed 24/7.

There were 18 people in line in front of me yesterday at the one in terminal A in Atlanta. I had my food within 6 minutes from getting in the line.

Yep. In my opinion, this is the difference-maker.

That is the company principles at work. It's not about money first.

The customer experience comes first. And that starts with impeccable service and friendly employees.

If you put the customer first, the money will follow naturally.
