No I don't agree at all. Last I checked Fleck didn't get fired for losing 23 games in three years. Last I checked Fleck has actually been a successful head coach beating some major conference teams on his resume with virtually no talent. Kids love him, he recruits well (being at such a small school) and has about as much integrity you could ask for. Yeah hed be a bad choice! NOT!

He would have been a home run hire and you could have gotten him for the same price as the fricking coonass cookie monster we hired.
