Step1: Take advantage of the "Miles clause" and fire everyone on offense, but you can keep Juluke if you want.
Step2: Fire BDP
Step3: Show Dave Aranda the $$$
Step4: Hire a top notch offensive coordinator
Step5: Hire a real special teams coach
Step6: Hire a real QB coach
