For the people alone, is there a reason you're cooking turkey instead of a big thick tbone or ribeye, besides tradition? I guess I'm just not much of a turkey fan.

I used to grill until I moved into a loft. I would prefer boiling a butt portion of ham over turkey any day.

Because nothing against a good steak, but thanksgiving food is my second favorite food of all time. Right behind thanksgiving leftovers.

I don't get it either. Food now days is so much better than pilgrim food. We have been doing surf and turf for the last 13 thanksgivings, now.
