My interpretation of that statement:

I know nothing, but I take that statement as a statement made by a guy who is keeping all his options open.

1. He has a great offer from LSU. He has told FSU what it would take to keep him in Tally. He thinks FSU will pony up the money.

2. He's accepted the offer at LSU but he isn't talking about it until after the game.

3. He has accepted the counter offer FSU gave him and he's staying, but he ain't saying anything until after the game.

All three scenarios are consistent with his statement.
