My wife's grandma sits up there, we have to wheel her in there with a wheel chair, but she can walk to her seat once she gets up there and close to the seat. She really can't stand and she has to tell people to sit down weekly.

If I were sitting in front of your grandma I would quickly recognize the situation and adjust my behavior accordingly. As I similarly would keep my flask in my pocket and my curse words to myself in the immediate vicinity of your kid(s). However, to categorically say "no standing" is fricking stupid. Those other people paid good money to come cheer and have a good time.

She probably shouldn't be going to games or she should have a front seat somewhere that no one can block her view.
