You guys always say Trump also values competency.

So maybe he knows Romney is a competent dude who could hold about 5 different cabinet positions and could use a guy like that.

very true, but people don't often say the things trump's opponents did about him (and vice versa) to the public, again and again and again.

suggestion is one thing, but they flat out said it about trump. Romney, a guy who holds no office, not running for any office, called a press conference just to say negative shite about him.

this was simply the best election ever.

On a personal level we might all hate Mittens, but there would be no doubt he could get some shite done if properly motivated.

"I don't want to see trickle-down racism," Romney said in an interview here in a suite overlooking the Wasatch Mountains, where he is hosting his yearly ideas conference. "I don't want to see a president of the United States saying things which change the character of the generations of Americans that are following. Presidents have an impact on the nature of our nation, and trickle-down racism, trickle-down bigotry, trickle-down misogyny, all these things are extraordinarily dangerous to the heart and character of America."

Now that Trump is dumping the AM radio morning zoo and making his move to slightly left centrism, you need to get the proper personnel on the field.

that was a state-based program, right?

i don't see how using the states as experiments for different government is anti-GOP

to a degree yes, and it's why I didn't like him

but what's weird is evangelicals and religious people all tell me they know he was full of it about

abortion - they believe he's pro choice...within reason

gay marriage - that he supports same sex marriage or at least has no interest in changing it

he was in many ways full of shite during the primaries especially when it came to attacking his opponents...but some of the rhetoric he was serious about. some of it abstract opinion, some of it policy

You probably can't.

I also think he has as much argument for state as NH, Newt, or Rudy, too. International business relationships, dealing with a large, arguably anti-American international NGO (IOC), running a POTUS campaign with foreign policy as a major centerpiece. Plus he has a far better demeanor for it than Newt or Rudy (not sure either are still be considered, just making the comparison).
