Kind of this. I'm just shy of 6' and usually weight in at about 165#. That seems like a pretty decent weight, and I wear a 32 pants, but I would still say I'm "fat". I still have some fat to burn off of me and would never say I'm "in shape" or "skinny". I can still grab a love handle for sure. I'm just a naturally "thin" person who happens to currently have a healthy layer of body fat.
