I Haven't Shampooed My Hair in Over a Year...

...and my hair has looked great! Horrible for the first few weeks as the scalp learned to regulate itself, but then, great.
Today though, my dermatologist said I have scalp dermatitis. The "no poo" (no shampoo) movement ppl say to use baking soda and apple cider vinegar to fix it.
I prefer to just go back to regular shampoo once a week. Any sulphate-free shampoo recommendations? Help me make my hair "great again"!
ETA: I take a shower everyday and wash my hair, just without shampoo.

Your problem is likely caused by a poor diet. Start eating a lot of greens like fresh spinach. If you want to really jump on its arse, start juicing (green juice) and use this shite: MG217 Psoriasis
