If I was going to Portland for a Bachelor party, I'd try to stay in NW. More to do and more walkable than most of the east side. You can always Uber over to NE or SE or take the Max. Can probably find some pretty badass Airbnbs in NW and the Pearl

I did a Portland bach Party summer of 2015 we drove down from Seattle where the wedding was. I sober drove which sucked, but was worth it. The best man screwed it up, we were supposed to limo or stay the night and he was a terrible best man. There's an obscene amount of strip clubs there.

There's a ton of Strip clubs and we went to 4. The best were:
Casa Diablo: They put things in things....All the time...basically watching a live girl on girl porn half the time. I'm not kidding at all. I would say its one step above Mexico type stuff. It was out by itself though definitely have to uber. Only use $2 bills which was BS but worth it.

Devil's Point: Real small place maybe 5-6 girls working but they were all amazing dancers, very good looking, and the roll car for the bachelor was literally a 10/10. There were 2-3 other clubs within 1 block but the others sucked.

We drove down around noon and drank/ people watched/ bar hopped. Then went to the strip clubs until 1, then drove back. Sucked for me, but was a blast for sure.

ETA:I didn't plan it and didn't really know the guy that did but we had to drive 4 different times I think. I'm sure there was better walkable stuff, but both the strip clubs above seemed by themselves more so than in an area with bars and what not.
