He has Scalia replacement. Ginsburg is neither going to retire or die in off leaving a spot vacant so it's possible to get her spot or if reelected, he has her replacement for sure. Kennedy and Breyer are looking to retire in near future.

Said she would leave the country. Again, all talk by a liberal.
Trump in a four term might get to replace two of them. A four year term, at least three.

If Kennedy retires this term then SCOTUS is gtg. The additional ginsburg and Breyer would be gravy on top.

And on the other end of the spectrum if I were a Supreme Court justice and was close to retirement I think with the Republican president I may be more apt to retire now.

Hopefully Trump can halt the talk of placing (((Garland))) on the court to replace Scalia. We certainly do not need anymore parentheticals on the court. There's 3 already.
But I am sure it is mere coincidence that the parentheticals are always the most extreme leftists. Yeah, pure coincidence.

None. The democrats will block all appointments for the next four years.

yea that wouldn't work out well. I hope they try it though, people will get pissed the frick off. You end up with higher Republican and indy turnout and another land slide for Trump.

They'll prop her up like 'Weekend at Bernies'; but hopefully, enough to nail down the Constitution for the next 25 years.

I can easily see three and maybe four--Scalia replacement, Ginsberg, and then Breyer or Kennedy--but it could be more than that if Thomas decides that he would rather have a Republican president make the appointment then some future Democratic president. Even two appointments could shift SCOTUS, but more than that could start to undo a lot of the damage left by the current court and previous courts.
All of this depends on the dependability of President Trump to name conservative justices. With Republican control of the Senate, now is the time to move, but I am not completely sure that President Trump will dependably nominate the kind of justices that are needed to shift the court. I hope so.
By the way, I think that there is a reasonable chance that the Republican Senate majority will change the filibuster rules to permit a majority vote on SCOTUS nominees. Without it all of the Senate Democrats who have criticized the Republicans for stonewalling President Obama's nominees will now find that this is a fair and reasonable strategy. Senate Democrats will make every effort to prevent President Trump from making his SCOTUS appointments,so it may take changes in the filibuster to get that done. Recall that Harry Reid pushed through a similar rule change in 2013 to permitted majority votes on federal nominations below the level of the Supreme Court.
