It seems likely that the Trump administration will put particular emphasis on human space exploration, Berger and Foust agreed
Let's Make Space Great Again! I can't wait to see humans on Mars, the Moon, etc. We've wasted so many decades and resources on foolish wars and social entitlements. Our future is in the stars!

Obviously there are some huge issues with costs. That said, space exploration was probably the biggest rallying point for nationalistic pride during the 1950s and 1960s. It is a unifying objective.

About time we get a president who actually cares about human expansion and space travel.

He mentioned it multiple times on the stump, seems like something he holds a personal interest in, and the space program is also a symbolic entity that the whole country can rally around.

Sure, but hasn't NASA been one of the few government programs to actually show a return on the investment?

I endorse 100%. It's time for Mars to pay up and stop ripping us off in trade!

Will be nice to no longer have to depend on Russia to get our astronauts up into orbit. That has been a HUGE national embarrassment for far too long!

Where's the money going to come from? You guys are the conservatives who typically care about things like the national debt, and yet you celebrate unbounded spending projects. It doesn't make any sense, guys.

Toll revenue from our new superhighways and hyperloops! Maybe a new tax on DC lobbyists!

Another spending project. You don't sound very conservative. This sounds like FDR.

The 25% of employees that said they are going to quit would be a good place to start.

I'm sorry, but what is this nonsense?

I would have actually voted for Trump if he was pushing space exploration and alien disclosure

The poll of government employees that 25% would quit if trump was elected. What, you didn't see this?
Maybe you would have gotten the joke if you were t so busy trying to be a smartass trying to make gotchas.
