I think he gets DOJ and FBI right and let them do their jobs. I don't think he specifically goes after her.

The Van Jones and other Dems on CNN said that would fly in the face of uniting the country.
I disagree, justice regarding her is independent of reaching out to the other 50% of the country.
Plus, for her, justice was served last night. Her life literally lacks meaning now.

He needs to open that investigation and there HAS to be some consequences. You can't just let that kind of thing go. It's obvious the higher ups at the FBI were fricking corrupted.

When the Watergate break-in hit the papers, the DOJ began to roll on its own, rightly independent of the Executive Branch.
Clinton better GTFO before January 20.

You can't drain the swamp by just letting her go. I think he convenes a special panel to review the entire process from the doj on down.

Sure. But he's going to put new people in and you don't think he's going to provide direction?
Whatever happens legally for Clinton when Trump becomes president will be at his bidding.

This. The FBI is still in the middle of a Clinton Foundation investigation. To interfere would be akin to granting her a pardon. I think he should ditch Lynch, get the DoJ and FBI re-established to respectability, then get out of the way. He shouldn't mention her name again. His only comment should be that he won't prevent the FBI and DoJ from doing their jobs.
