2. You can't call roughing the kicker on a kick that never happened. You could call something unsportsman like, but there's no roughing the kicker on a play that didn't happen. Knowing the rules like you do, I'd think you'd know that.

Roughing the kicker, unnecessary roughness. Either way, it should have unquestionably been a penalty and it cost Buffalo 3 points.
