Only if it fits their agenda.

I find it difficult to believe in todays age of social media that anyone actually thinks there's a difference between either party. I'll give you a tip, they are big businesses for the purpose of enriching those at the top of their structure. The loyal party voter is a low information, cognitively challenged rube.

A couple of hours after LSU's 9-6 victory over Alabama in 2011, there was a 5.7 magnitude earthquake centered in OK. It made my house in DFW shake. Strange coincidence.

I don't disagree with that at all.

patience
if you are in a car, its not necessarily going to be noticed.
if you are out on foot, you will notice a 5.0
Due to the age and materials of houses in Italy and Turkey and China, a 5.3 can cause widespread death and destruction.

Ya, as the other guy said you might not feel it in a car. I happened to just have pulled in to DC when the quake tremors hit there.
A bunch of people who were driving at the time were totally clueless why people were freaking out and running out of the mall.

Fracing is not the cause of the earthquakes. If you are making that assertion, you are ignorant to the process and basic rock mechanics. I suggest you start educating yourself starting with Mohrs Circle.
There is stored energy in the earth. In Oklahoma a fair majority of the waste water injection is near basement. There is also a fair amount of faulting that occurs. There is a theory that wastewater wells are possibly being over injected and causing slippage events.
The democrat "science" statement is stupid.

Minor quakes and tornadoes are just part of the charm of living in Oklahoma. I was there earlier this year for a 4.5 centered just northeast of OKC. Shook a few windows but no real damage.

An earthquake is like surgery.
It's considered minor, when it's not happening to you.

Just curious what you think ethanol and science has to do with either democrats or republicans? The mandate started in 2005, correct?
The way I see it, the corn lobby, farm co-ops, the Iowa Caucus, and Midwest swing states have paid both parties enough to insure ethanol is just a fact of life we have to deal with. What Bush started, Obama doubled down on and there is literally zero reason for us to fund this glorified welfare.
