From what I could find it seems like 8 people were shot and wounded and 2 people were shot and killed yesterday in Chicago.
Also it seems like other articles cite some people who are skeptical that the number of people at this event is as high as some are estimating.

Didn't leave my apartment last night. There were some freaks around and I saw plenty of freaks on the walk home. Saw someone throwing worms at the windows of an Italian restaurant. The sirens have been not stop.
