I work in O&G, and anytime I go on a Shell job I do a hair test. Which thankfully isn't very often

Several local Chemical Plants require hair tests as well as oral fluid (cheek swab) tests now instead of urine.

Those tests can check months back and are harder if not impossible to beat.

If the applicant doesn't have any head hair, they can use chest, back, arm or leg hair. I know that they cannot use pubic hair, but am not sure about underarm hair.

If the applicant doesn't have any hair anywhere, he/she typically is not qualified for employment.
