It is odd to see all the fb posts of pics of people trick or treating with their kids.....when it's not even dark yet. Cause I've seen a few of those. I know here in the PHX area the kids trick or treat from like 6-8(when it's dark).

What time is trick or treating where yall live at?

To me...trick or treating during the day takes away from the whole Halloween experience as a child.

Too many places regulating it is what kills it for me. Moving trick or treat to different days for different neighborhoods ruins it, just let the kids do it on the 31st and set a curfew for it.

6-8 in BR just like always, however since they moved daylight savings time change to the first weekend in November, it is now daylight till about 7 or a little later here

Downtown businesses do it starting at three. Most residential activities start at 5. It's dark enough by then here.

It is the same time here (6-8), but the time changes the week after Halloween now instead of the week before.

My brother and nephew came over because my nephew wanted to "scare" other kids (he is in 7th grade) so my brother handed out candy, which is something I haven't done in years. At 6PM, it was still day light and it didn't even look like halloween, but about 15-20mins later, as the sun was setting people started flowing in..
