Coach O getting the job will not hurt us in anyway. We have the D Coordinator, could possibly keep Coach E, but could upgrade, and maybe get a new special teams coach. Everyone else stay in place. If he don't succeed, at least we'll be loaded with talent for a new coach, because he will get the best players out there.
