I bought the pasta attachment and twice I made some great pasta with it. That was over a year ago. I made sausage once with the sausage maker. I do use the meat grinder a bit. I say that is my favorite attachment.

If you can get an old Mixer with the Hobart logo on it you have done well.

will probably get the meat grinder. What do you mean get a Kitchenaid mixer with the Hobart logo

Mine is the Hobart one but I've had it s long I can't find the damn mixing bowl.

Bought my wife it and a ravioli pan a while back and have enjoyed her use of both. The pasta cutters work good as well.
