It would be nice to hire a coach who you feel could actually be Sabans equal given a few years. Fleck just has that feel to him that he could be that guy. I don't feel that with Fisher or CEO, maybe a little bit with Herman. But with Fleck it seems more possible.

Of course a coach that inexperienced and very little track record could turn out to not even be Miles equal.

Whoever is making the decision is going to have to really study him. But to not take a hard look at him would be a mistake.
