If he's not flexible on stuff like that, then do we really want him?
I mean we just got rid of a guy that was committed to "his guys" and it cost him his job. I want a guy that wants the best guys, not just "his guys"

Well if i were a coach I would probably take the attitude that i know better than an administrator who good assistants are, and also wouldn't like being micromanaged right out of the gate.
