I never dropped him a tier. I simply responded to your comment that his resume "literally could not be any better" by saying that it would be better had he won one already. Not knocking him for it.

But yeah, fine, already having a NC on there would make it look better, but only ever so slightly IMO. My point was, given the college jobs he's had, it might not be humanly possible to put together a better resume than what he's done so far.
