You guys are placing WAY too much emphasis on national titles. Miles and Chizik have shown that simply coaching in the SEC and getting a little lucky is enough to win a national championship.

Harbaugh has taken two programs from irrelevance to championship caliber. His national championship will come. To drop him a tier because it hasn't happened yet is silly, as the odds have always been stacked against him.

You are judging coaches by what they have to work with, when you should be judging coaches by what they've done with what they had.
