Is Gainesville below sea level protected by an intricate levee system? NO would not have had nearly the damage if the levee system doesn't fail.

Gustav and Isaac were TS when they hit BR, which is further inland than Gainesville and there's no way a football game could've been held w/in at least 7 days.
