which I'm sure is common...you think Alabama's offense would look a bit different if Saban didn't manage Kiffin?

Perhaps Jimbo should manage his defense a little more

I guess my point is I didn't realize people didn't think Les was micromanaging everyone and forced his philosophy on to them. He was the Head Coach.

Big difference between the two men. Saban saw his offensive philosophy had become dated, loosened the reins on Kiffen and allowed him to incorporate spread elements into the offense.

Miles despite mounting evidence to the contrary believed in his flawed vision to the very end. Hence why he's now looking for work.
